The research of this group is applied and multi-disciplinary; it seeks to develop and apply AI, and related techniques, to solve novel problems from different real-word domains. It has major research strengths in: safety-related systems, environmental modelling, E-learning and instruction systems, and adaptive workflow systems. The work is also inspired by biological and psychological models and systems.
